Blood Red gown - in progress

Here is the Blood Red underdress so far; the fabric is some type of polyester and it doesn't have a train. The overdress will be navy stretch velvet and will have a train. The trim is made of two layers: one layer is a strip of the red paisley that I'm using for the upper sleeves, and the second layer is gold trim from JoAnn's (I think it's almost two inches wide, but I'll have to check that) I'm sewing the trim on right now, so that's why there are pins and thread in it.
